Show total amount on pole display when 'settle' is clicked on Pos screen

This is a simple setup. You should read the Tutorial. It explains how to do what you want exactly.

The Settle button is an Automation Command. In a Rule, you check for execution of that Automation Command, and fire an Action to Execute a Print Job.
