Solved: This issue was actually due to my template. I was using ORDER TAG but needed to add ORDER TAG NOTE to show the full notes.
I am running the GloriaFood setup (GraphQL) based and the script adds the order instructions as an order tag to the order.
In my actual ticket screen the instructions appear correctly:
However on my KDS they do not same with my printed tickets, it just reads “Instructions” but omits all the text afterwards.
Does anybody have any ideas? Here is my KDS screen template and what it displays:
