Another problem that came around is that on Ticket Closing, all items are printed - and i need to print only New items. Can somebody give me some advice? Thanks!

Sorry for bothering, but it was a misconfiguration.
At Execute Kitchen Orders I changed:
Order State: Status
Order State Value: New
And IT WORKS.!
