So can you give us more details about your configuration? Is it again double service issue? How do you apply services manual or automatic? If we can reproduce it on our side we can easily solve that so something specific for your setup that can give us a hint about the issue will help us a lot. From screenshot I’ve added we can clearly see second service amount added after payment made. Do you have any idea about how it can be possible?

Sambapos with Mssql 2014 as a server ,
one computer as terminal using database @ sambapos server
and 4 tablets connect to Sambapos server using RDP

yes its adding double svc charge in account transaction line
seems like terminal and tablet settle or print bill from same table/ticket
i fix it just like Emre did , deleting double line in account transaction document line
Can you reproduce it? If you choose print bill from tablet does it print two? Is it a specific tablet doing it? Do you have each of your terminals including your tablets defined with a terminal name?
How do you remove service charge if you accidentally add service charge? Do you experience frequent connection breaking issues due to wifi coverage?
