[Solved]Work Period Not started

Hi

one of my customer ended the work period last night as shown by the database.

but the next day he was unable to start the work period

and he started to use the old tickets to enter todays’s order.

so now today’s order he is adding use the tickets module

and work period and pos module are both disable

so what shall i do to resolve it

thanks in advance

there are no open ticket also

Have they got user permissions to open a work period?
