So, we have a problem with ticket/entity dissapearing. Sometimes, quite by accident, an open ticket can completely disappear from the system and our waiters have to create it again. I tried to enable a detailed log, there are no error events. How to understand what the problem is?
Only time I know of a ticket ‘disapearing’ completely is an unsubmitted ticket on samba crash event as not in DB and samba restarted without submitting.
How it works? Unstable network connections, network collisions ?
You would know if this was the case as you would have to restart samba.
Yes this senario would typically be due to network issue resulting in client being unable to connect to database.
