Sort Inventory Report By Quantity

Dear all,

I’m trying to sort the default Inventory Report according to quantity from lowest quantity (even minus) to the largest quantity. But i 'cant find the tutorial or clue anywhere.

Anyone have ideas to do it?

This report is hardcoded. You can try using {REPORT CONSUMPTION DETAILS} tag.

Daily inventory count!

You can report End of Day records by using {REPORT CONSUMPTION DETAILS:X} reporting tag. These are the available fields for that tag C.StartDate C.EndDate C.Name C.Unit C.Inventory C.Warehouse C.Added C.Removed C.Consumption C.PhysicalInventory C.Cost You can use Data Export feature to export any custom report to Excel. You can find some samples here.

Thanks before for the code. I’ll try to experiment with it.

Anw, on past 3 days i’m having trouble with the default inventory report.
I didn’t change the code at all, but now it doesn’t show the quantity of the products.
Please take a look on this attached file.

Any ideas what caused this? and how to fix it?

How it appears on screen? Which printer type selected for report printer?

It appears just fine on the screen.
I use ticket printer for the report printer.

It’s a bit weird.
i tried to print it this morning when the work period was closed and it was fine. I just tried it just now (work period open), and the quantity is missing from the inventory report again.

@kelvin I couldn’t reproduced on the backup you last sent me. I know it is a large file but is it possible to send me a backup that taken at the time it skips printing quantities?

Hi Emre, Sorry i’ve been very busy lately.
I found out that the error from the report is caused by the code formatting.
Now it’s working well again.
