When creating inventory items I see no option to add a Supplier/Vendor. I want to run a report on best selling items based on supplier/vendor.
You would need to tag your products with custom tag for supplier then report on those. That seems to me the easiest method. There might be other options.
I always create a Supplier Warehouse for every Supplier, and I create a Supplier Entity that is mapped to the Warehouse.
Your Inventory Items can then be categorized by Warehouse and Warehouse Code.
On the Warehouses Screen, if you select a Supplier Entity, it should filter Items by the Supplier’s Warehouse.
