Tables to view as default when Eat in Screen is selected

I am having trouble setting it up where tables are default on “Eat In” department only. I have all the department set up, but when I click eat in, I want the tables to be viewed to create a new order.

Manage->Settings->Departments->{your department}
Last setting is to set start at Entity Screen or Ticket Creation.

When I try this (select entity) , it goes to Customer Search. Under create ticket it gives me order options and not the option to select tables first.

Change the sort order so tables are first in Entity Screens.
