Tablet Order Printing Issues

Dear All,

Once order are sent from the tablets, the go to the respective Order printers and are suppose to print double copies. but i am having an issue where the first copy comes with the complete order, then the second copy has an item missing.

Please what can cause this?

Just one order? Not new/submitted.
Is it just from tablet? Not normal terminal?

From the tablets. All other are sent at once say for a particular table(salads/Sandwich/Maincourse). they all print double copies.
