Takeaway setup Help

Hi I have had a look to see if I could find the best way to setup a department for takeaway - can anyone point me to a post that would help.

at the moment I have setup 3 departments :-

1 for café
1 for restaurant
1 for takeaway

in the takeaway I don’t need to assign tickets to tables or customers.

what is the best way to do this.

Create a Ticket Type for Take-away, and in this type, remove all the Entity Types in the Entity Types List.
