why tax is being charged to service charge? when i add service charge the total tax change and includes the service charge total tax! service tax is not taxable.
Hard to say without seeing how you configured it.
i just applied tax template as tax 16.5% and created a service 10% using calculation types, basic tutorial setup that i followed.
what i have is example:
ticket total: $1.00
service 10%: $0.10
Tax Total 16.5%:$0.18 should be 0.165 or 0.17 rounded
Balance: $1.28 should be 1.265 or 1.27 rounded
total tax is working like this it look like: tax is applied to (ticket total+service total)
what i want is tax to be applied on ticket total only
Did you see the tax included option on service charge.

Hello. You can try enabling include tax & use plain total settings for service calculation.

Include tax is what I said earlier to which you responded saying you couldn’t see it. So did you resolve your issue?
no, i did what emre said and it added sub total.
what i did is created a tax same as we create service and applied it to make it work.
my issue is solved.
