However, Do I need to turn off Work Periods, when the restaurant close? or I can Start Work periods with out turn off forever.

You start a work period when you open and end it when you close.

Maybe you should explain more… are you open 24 hours?

Work periods is what we use for reporting. Generally you open a Work period when your business opens and you close work period when your business closes. This allows us to view reports for work periods.

If you do not close work period then your reports will not be as accurate.
