Ticket changed your latest changes not saved. V5. 3.6

Hello. I bought samba pos for our 2nd restaurant and installed the license.
It was working fine until 3 days ago. It won’t print to the kitchen or close tickets. It displays… ticket changed. Your latest changes not saved… I have tried to rebuild default buttons with no success. Kindly help. I just do basic support for our restaurants.

Thanks. When I remove a rule from ticket closing then click OK and save, samba will just crash n a samba reporter dialop popup

You have something wrong with an action. Can you reach out to support@sambapos.com and provide in detail screenshots and that error you are getting when removing the rule.
