Is there a way to filter the Ticket Lister widget so it only shows tickets from the last 10 minutes instead of all the tickets from the work period?

Thank you I saw that but the only relevant topic in terms of time (Ticket Lister filter by {ORDER STATE MINUTES:Status}) did not seem to have a resolution. I need to show only tickets with less than a set time. Thanks for any help!
Have you looked at entity screen widget options? Generally the entity screen widgets have more options that there origional hard coded versions.

Maybe exprlain a bit better what you want to achieve. What state you want to filter.
hi i managed to display tickets explorer on custom entity screen ,the only problem will be how to disable the date filter so that the users are not able to audit what was sold prevoiusly
You can’t do that with Ticket Explorer.
