Good day everyone,
I have an issue when printing ticket note. Apparently only first line is printed when you use new line in the message entry.
Is there a way to make sure ticket note prints all lines?
Your help is highly appreciated.

Greetings Everyone,
I still have not figured it out.
Could you please help?
Greetings buddy,
I have attached some pictures.
I would highly appreciate it If you could spare sometime and look at the issue.
I hazzard a guess it might be related to the use of HTML as printer type.
Humor me and try setting to EXC/POS or Windows Printer.
You are right, I tried Text and it worked. Thank you.
However, I do need to use HTML to print Arabic characters. Is there a way around it?
Not sure to be honest…
Can you not fine a character set which includes Arabic characters?
