Ticket Tag appear on click of another ticket tag

Is there a way i can make a ticket tag mandatory if certain options from another ticket tag is selected.

I have ticket tag named ORDER TYPE with values DINE IN, DINE IN, TAKE AWAY, CAR ORDER

I need to make the WAITER Ticket Tag selection required if ORDER TYPE is DINE IN and CAR ORDER only

Sounds very achiveable but exact ins and outs will depend on how your setting them at the minute.
Can you show how you have your type tag setup and made mandatory?

I have 2 Ticket Tags by the name TICKET TYPE & WAITER

TICKET TYPE (Dine In, Car Order, Take Away)
WAITER (Waiter1, Waiter2…)

If the user selects Dine In or Car Order from TICKET TYPE then either system should prompt for selecting the WAITER or should not allow to close ticket without adding a TAG for Waiter

What I’m asking is how are you currently prompting for type?
Automation or require selection option in tag settings?

You can use Ticket Tag Selected rule event for that.
