How to change menu at Runtime based on Trigger executing at Specific Intervals?
Is there any of us done that ?
V5 is due out soon and you will be able to automate this within same ticket and department without triggers.
Is it possible in V4 ?
No you can not switch menus without swapping departments in v4.
Quick question do you have any other things that v4 is limiting you? I mean are there other features you would like to see but cant do in v4?
