Trouble installing

Hi, I have paid for the pro v5 and when clicking on the activate button on the market page it does nothing and still has an alert that I’m in trial mode.
How do I install the program properly?
When I open the program it also says the same thing.

Go to your Main Menu on SambaPOS, then find Samba Market, and then SambaPOS V5 Licence. Click Activate, then restart SambaPOS.

… you need to login with your sambamarket.com user name and password when asked.
