We have recently installed samba pos and paid for the licences etc. Our waiters are having problems because often, the notice “unregistered trial … Register Samba Pos V5 to disable this notification” pops up, especially if they are trying to post several items, and this often causes double entries to occur. Also, I am unable to enter new items into the pos and this is a problem especially as we are now going to expand our menu. We are a restaurant based in Karen, Nairobi, Kenya.
Did you activate your license after paying? You must go to market page in sambapos and login with your cp account and press activate.
