Unable to activate modules on new pc

Hi

I have purchased a new pc and I am unable to activate the modules I have previously purchased? try to log on but the log on does not seem to work and keeps looping and asking me to log on again. I reset the password just in case.

Login to market website, www.sambamarket.com, and then reset your license key.
