I used to cancel menu items normally , but suddenly I noticed the word SUBMITTED writen below the item and system doesnt cancel the item, example as shown below
If you close ticket it will submit them. You need to use void if its submitted. Cancel is for items that have not be submitted meaning you have not closed ticket yet.
