Unable to print

Hi.

I have connected the ticket printer to the computer (vista) I can see it in the system but when i want to print a ticket is does nothing. What do in need te change in the Samba POS 3 system?

Manage->Settings->Printers->Ticket Printer
You need to select the printer. Set it’s type and it should work.

Do what @JohnS recommended above.

Also check that you have added your Execute Kitchen Orders Print Job to the Ticket Closing Rule
