Update Order Prices Portion not firing

Emre will drop some instructions here for you give me a few moments…

Firstly @emre you need to make Happy Hour action by following this flow:

  1. Go into Supervisor options and enter a actice Day and Time as TODAY;

  1. Log Out and restart SamaPOS to ensure it says Happy Hour Active;

@emre then select a Product with a Happy Hour Price Definition:

@emre - OMG!
I think I have found the problem - look at this image below. I new there must be some link issue as 30 years of IT debugging tells me so :persevere:

I DELETED the Price Definition of “Happy Hour” and then re added it and this is what I got:

The RED prices were the original ones that should of been deleted but magically appeared under “Trade Prices”. I entered new prices in under the New Price Definition of Happy Hour and guess what? It works…

Any explanation arrhhhh thanks?

OK. Seems like you found a mature bug as old as V1 of SambaPOS. It incorrectly updates other price tags instead of happy hour price. I’m not %100 sure but probably that relates with editing price definitions while a product is being edited and saved on top of it. I fixed it permanently and I’ll update V5.1.62 soon.
