Please I need a “PAY LATER” feature tutorial for V4. This will cater for VIP customers who sometimes pay at a later date. I wish it would keep the customer debt open and I will still be able to close tickets and end work periods. I hope all this is possible. Please help.
See customer entities and accounts. Is covered on forum. - Note that default reports show ticket payments and doesnt include account payments by default.
v4 is no longer supported. We no longer resell v4 nor spend our resources supporting it. Please upgrade to v5. Like JTR mentioned your welcome to look in the forum to find past discussions. What you are asking for will more than likely require v5.
