I dont really know much about ticket tags and order states. 
I dont think building my tag in a generic way will work. I need to be able to add and subtract quantities when an item gets added multiple times. Instead I went for demo notepad output. All the work is done for me except sending to online server. I can make an app that can parse the notepad output and send the data to the server.
