As you can see, I already have customer account created. But when I selected a customer the customer payment button is faded, can’t be clicked or selected. Normally is supposed to post to customer account.
No you do not. Click on customer search screen. Click on customer choose create account. Creating a customer is not the same.

It works. I created customer without creating customer account.
Now I know after creating customer I need to create customer account too.
