hi, I have enabled both Ticket Printer and Kitchen Printer. When I press close button it prints to kitchen printer automatically, which I don’t want. Also, when the bill has been settled and I press close after selecting method of payment it also prints to kitchen printer with kitchen printer template. How do I stop this Rule. I want the kitchen printer to be manual and also want to print on user request as many times as requested. Thanks
You’ll need to change the print action to not just print new orders.
Remove theorist to kitchen rule from ticket closing rule and instead put the action on an automation command (button) rather than ticket event.
