View tickets by department in ticket lister

Hey guys, just curious, is there anyway to list tickets by department for ticket lister widget?

Client wants to be able to view ToGo tickets which are in a separate department to dinner and lunch departments.

Couldn’t figure out how to do it. Most probably easiest thing to do, but I’m just a dumb newbie haha.

Also I forgot, when in ticket lister widget, when creating button, I want the button to open the ticket, but I forgot what action I have to make for it to work. Any help is most appreciated
