I have noted a strange thing with my customer’s licence, the customer just lost his licence despite having paid the licence fee. We have collectively sold over 50 licences within our region together with my partner, am worried about what will happen to them.
You mean it just got deactivated or something.
Just clear licence key on cp.sambapos and reactivate…
on the cp.sambapos panel, everything has been cleared.I can no longer view the licenses that i had previously sold.I had more than 12 active clients. I am being prompted to buy a starter pack that will cost me $1490
Am still on the lookup for this,at least the team should help me in restoring my client’s email.
