Where Can I find Customer Search & Customer Tickets Page?

That looks like V3 or a modified version of SambaPOS.
Can you please double click the SambaPOS login in top left to make it to a window, then take a screenshot of the whole screen showing the version details in tie title bar.
Also please note we do not support any version other than V5 on this forum.

I want to see the full details of a customer.
Like his total order amount, last order date etc.
For a better understanding you can have a look at the image.

Well in v5 it would be doable, you would need to switch to custom screen and add report widget to show info wanted with a custom report.
This feature has never been default on any version and needs configuring.
Customer histories etc has been covered and many topics on custom entity screens and custom reports on this forum.
