Which event do I use to change the Department of a Ticket?

Greetings Friends,

I start by creating a Ticket in Dine-In Department. After the ticket has been created, and the KOT printed, I would like to change the Department before settling the ticket.

Which even could I use for this?

One way would be to do it in Automation Command Executed Event for Automation Command Name = Settle.

Basically, put it in the Rule for the Settle button.
