Hello guys, its 2020 (almost) and I still have this problem with all Bematech MP4200 printers (we use 18 of this).
In others printers I don’t have this white gaps on images.
Before this only was a style problem, but now I need to use de QR codes and the gaps turn they unreadable.
Anyone knows what could be happening and how can I solve it?
I already read about putting the logo inside the printer memory, but this won’t solve the QR situation.
