Hi guys I cant print the ticket when I have $0 products such as water on my ticket what can I do?
Water should have a price and you should gift such products. By default we don’t allow 0 amounts.
If you always gift water you can Edit Menu, Click Category, Edit Product Properties and type Gift to Automation Command column.
I’ll also recommend you to print gifts on tickets so customers can remember you did not received money for water.

You could also allow “zero priced orders” on Ticket configuration. It will not however allow you to have a ticket with zerro priced items only on it, you must have something else there that has a price.
Leaders, correct me if I am wrong regarding that option.
