I want to create a message, so that if someone tried to add an item to a ticket, it informs them that the work period isn’t open, and would they like to open one now.
I think I could probably do most part of it, but if anyone presses any of the pos buttons, it wont add to ticket, so guessing it wouldn’t be that…?
My set up is to have staff automatically log into the POS regardless of if the WP is open or not.
