I´m having problems whit this message because of database back up and when i try to login with my sambamarkete password it dosen´t recognice it.
What coud i do please

Go to www.sambamarket.com and login then go to your manage section and clear your license keys. Restart sambapos and go to market and then logout and log back in then reactivate modules.

i recently have this same problem but looks like the samba market web is diferente now and i cant solve this problem and i cant log fron the the sambapos app whit my user and adds of activation warning keeps appearing

I’ve also started encountering this issue as I opened Samba today. Getting multiple popups every few minutes. I tried login to cp.sambapos.com/signin with the email/password I have for this forum and the old sambamarket but says email invalid. Do I need to create a new login and then link my old one to have my purchases activated?

I have just tried, and although it says email, login with your username you used on sambamarket.
I couldnt login with email but username (in email field) worked for me.
@Tayfun Id reconmend changing the field label to Username/Email Address to avoid an onslought of similar questions.

Thanks for the tip! Much appreciated. It worked and I was able to login.

I then proceeded to:

  • Clear Keys For All Licenses
  • Closed Samba and restarted
  • Went to Samba Market Module (under same username/password) and pressed “Activate” on the modules I bought
  • logged out of Samba and logged back in

The modules have not being activated and I still get popups every minute or so.

Is there a part of the procedure I’m not doing correctly?

I usually find being thought and following these steps works for me;

Uninstall licence module
Logout market
Restart samba
Clear key at sambamarket.com
Install licence module
Restart samba
Login market on samba
Activate licence.

Are you using your username not email? It says email but if your existing sambamarket user you should still use username in place of email.

yes i use username i´m trying to log into the app market in using samba v4
