Active Table Not Showing in Orange

Hi all, I have an intermittent issue where an active table (one with an unpaid ticket) is not showing in Orange sometimes on the ‘select table’ screen.

I can find the open ticket from the ‘Tickets’ screen and process it that way but it’s a few more steps for the front of house staff.

What could be wrong?

When it happens, what does the status show when you run this report:

{ENTITY STATE BY NAME:Tables.<table name>:Status}

(you should be able to run the report in reports section under management)

Does it happen on 1 table only?

Is there a table showing in the ‘Tickets’ screen under the Table column?
