I am facing one simple problem… my solution for the moment is paper and a pen… but i do have a lot of mistakes that way…
I need to control how much change the deliverers take and control how much they bring back (check + change).
scenarios:
- client spends 47, asks change for 50. Delivere takes 3, and brings 50.
- client spends 47, asks change for 50. Delivere takes 3, and brings 50 as in 47 + 3 (client finnaly paid with change).
- client pays with exact amount.
The problem is not when the deliverer takes one order… the problem is whe the deliverer takes 4 or 5 orders and those 3 scnearios get mixed, and… ALL deliveres do the same thing, they put ALL the money regardless wich order was in the same pocket… so, sepparating money is a NO NO…
When I started we where selling like 3 or 5 pizzas a night, today we have 2 deliveres and a help in the kitchen, saturday and sunday its like 20 or 22 pizzas, and we continue growing… wich makes impossible to control… and the worst is that they all ask for pizza from 8 to 9:30, jajajjajajajajajajajajajajjaja
