Add Custom field/record for account transaction document

as title, example if i like to record my customer’s cheque number/ bank & printed in official receipt any action / rules can make it?

@skyscorpio i would recommend you read this and try and implement the same but with a cheque option instead of visa.

When asking for number u can use the cheque number or the bank number.

Account Document Types allows you to set the description for the Document which contains the Transaction.

Then you can use {DESCRIPTION} in your Template.
