Adding gov tax 5% in customer receipt

Hi Sir,
I have a problem.We have a gov tax 5% for every food.So i put in sambapos,in calculation tax deducted but when i am printing not included tax charge on slip.Grand total too.How should i do.?

There is more to it than just setting up a tax type. You need to define products it relates to via mapping.
