After print ticket the tabel missing from the interface

Why after i print a ticket the table interface that i printed gone, and usually it hold my order. Now i must see the order from the ticket menu. Not directly from the POS menu. Sorry for my incorrect english.

ummm … did you change any actions and rules?

Can you show the print bill rule?

Also show the entity screen settings, does it definatly loose the table set on the ticket or just doesnt show on entity screen?

Open the Entity Screen configuration and remove/blank the value for the State Filter parameter …
