After you create a tax template on products, the main menu icon does not respond

Everything works fine, but when you create a tax template and enter the pos and print an invoice, the main menu button is disabled and does not allow you to return to the main menu. Use windows 10, sambapos 5,160

You cannot navigate to Main Menu when a Ticket is open on the screen. You need to close the Ticket first. Or you can automate closing of the Ticket after Printing.

This has nothing to do with Tax Templates unless perhaps the Template is configured incorrectly.
