It says

You can try repairing it with SQL Compact Toolbox.

(Download standalone version for SQL CE 4.0)

Create a copy of SDF file somewhere before applying a fix.

Try one of these functions in that order until it solves the problem. Using 2nd and 3rd repair options may lead to loss of data. If 1st one does not work

However you get on repairing it might be time to look at upgrading from CE to LocalDB or SQL
