Android mobile client order taking error

Dear All,
Anyone please help me how to solve android mobile client issue.
As in attached image,highlighted item “Fried Vermicelli.Seafood” was taken from Android Tablet, but it is not sending to Kitchen Printer. But in Server PC, we can see “Fried Vermicelli” order in Ticket (without status).
The problem is Kitchen don’t receive this order ,but Waiter think it is sent already to Kitchen. Therefore, they need to resend this item again.
Please, help me where to check and correct.

Can you look at your Order Added to Ticket rule. The mapping is it all default with * for every section?

Thank for your help.
When I check my order added rule, i have two order added rules.
One is by default and another one is for “Order Sold Out”.
