Ask a Question Inactivity Command Issue

I have implemented the inactivity command function on my change due set up.

When I enter exact change it seems to work fine, but when there is change due it doesn’t close. (it will close the ask a question box but not run the command)

here is my action and rule:

That is by design. You can add close ticket after that ask question.
