Ask question: New Customer?

Hello there,

I am a bit lost.
I am trying to add a question to the waiters when they start a new table, Is this a new customer: Yes o No answer or only two buttons New Customer and the other returning Customer. If the answer is yes or new customer then: How do they find out about us? TV, Radio, Facebook, Word of Mouth, etc
I need to be able to add this to my work period report, so at the end of the day we can see how many new customers we had.
I was able to find out how to create a question but only at the end when we close the ticket and it keep asking every time we close the ticket.
Any help would be much appreciated.

You could use ticket created rule event rather than ticket closed!
How are you ‘logging’ the answers? Ticket tag?
If you did leave on ticket close you could add a constraint to only asked if not asked before depending on how your logging the answer.
I’ve if you were adding ticket tag with name of ‘source’ and value of the answer the rule constraint would be {TICKET TAG:source} Not Equals ‘’ (blank) is null, sorry CWB never remember which should be used.
