Automatically generate and save report with date & Time when work period ends

So far i am able to save work period report to file with automation command execution as shown below

however, when i changed the rule to be executed automatically when the work period ended i got this

from my understanding , it appears that the {DATE} and {TIME} cannot be read with 'before work period ended' event. Any suggestion to get around this issue would be appreciated

ps. is it also possible to auto save the work period report of that week?

I’ve reproduced issue on my SambaPOS and fixed it for next update. Thank you very much for reporting.

I tried to do something similiar copying your string as

D:\work report period\Report Date [=FD(’{DATE}’,‘dd-MM-yyyy’)].xps

but when I finish work period it return this error:
