Any idea why my Change Customer automation command is missing from the list?

If you just configured that command inside a rule then it will not automatically show under “Automation Commands”. You have to manually create that command button and map it to display how you’d like.
Change Customer is not an automation command. If your referring to the dead auto button it is hard coded. You can see ticket types and map customers entity type to it.
