Backing Up Menu Items/ Product List

Is it possible to keep a back up of Menu Items and product list / customer account and restore them incase of system crash and data loss ?

Theres nothing built in but @QMcKay did write an sql script to do this, have a search of the forum and you should find it

I wrote that to show how to export specific tables… but technically that technique can be used to export any tables. You just need to be aware of the relations if you attempt it. You might ask here first to be sure you have them all.
