@JRTech the backup tool, does it do full backup and restore i.e products menus, images, etc etc…

Yes it does full backup.

Just a clarification: it makes a backup of the Database which is where most of your configuration is stored.
However, it will not back up things like images, nor Layout files (Entity Search screen columns, etc.) since they are not stored in the DB. While the path to an image is stored in the DB, the image itself is not.
For example, you may want to make a backup of this location in your filesystem…
